The role of the Clinical Nurse Specialist in Stroke Care is to provide for the care and on-going management of patients with stroke. The post holder will be required to work as a key member of the multi-disciplinary team in the hospital providing physical, psychological and emotional support to stroke patients and their families throughout their stroke disease trajectory.
