Expressions of Interest are invited from Health Care Assistants who are currently employed by Connolly Hospital to apply for the above named post.  Health Care Assistants are an integral part of the Emergency Department team, and it is envisaged that the successful candidate will be assigned to support the Triage nurse in the taking of ECG electrocardiographs as part of a three month pilot project.

• Emergency Department experience, with excellent interpersonnal skills
• Certificate in Healthcare Support at FETAC Level 5
  • Mandatory modules completed must include: Communciation, Care Skills, Infectio Prevention and Control
