Overview

The purpose of the CNM2 in the Acute Virtual Ward is to provide clinical leadership, operational coordination, and governance oversight for the delivery of acute care in the home setting. The CNM2 ensures that safe, high-quality, patient-centred services are delivered using digital health technologies and evidence-based care pathways.

The CNM2 plays a critical role in ensuring that the Acute Virtual Ward operates as a responsive, integrated and digitally enabled extension of acute hospital services, aligned with the goals of Sláintecare and the HSE Telehealth strategy.

A panel may be created from this campaign for Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, Co Louth from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full time or part time duration may be filled.
