The Q & S Manager (Clinical Audit) post is a key role with the responsibility for the development, co-ordination and implementation of clinical audit systems in line with quality improvement activity, ensuring that the Hospital is compliant with HIQA standards, supporting the delivery of quality safe patient care.
The Quality and Safety Manager (Clinical Audit) will work as an effective member of the Quality & Safety team, proactively contributing to the priorities of the Department.
The Quality and Safety Manager (Clinical Audit) will assist staff in analysing and interpreting healthcare quality data, identify good practices for sharing, address issues and identify opportunities for improvement across the organisation.
