Eligible applicants will be those who on the closing date for the competition have the following experience as relevant to the role
- Proven track record of leading and delivering projects on time that are innovative and drive improvement in a health care setting or related service.
AND
- Proven, documented experience of complex data interrogation and statistical analysis in a multi-faceted organisation including high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to deliver analytical outputs to a high standard.
AND
- Have a Clinical Understanding and Knowledge of Acute hospital Services
AND
- A demonstrated record of supporting the delivery of change and experience of managing and working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
AND
- Candidates must possess the requisite knowledge and ability, including a high standard of suitability, for the proper discharge of the office.
AND
- Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to ongoing Professional Development.
Health
A candidate for and any person holding the office must be fully competent and capable of undertaking the duties attached to the office and be in a state of health such as would indicate a reasonable prospect of ability to render regular and efficient service.
Character
Each candidate for and any person holding the office must be of good character.
Post Specific Requirements
